A woman from Maryland was routinely browsing social media when she came across a video that made her stop what she was doing completely.

Izabele Lomax paused the video to take a closer look, and what she discovered confirmed her suspicions: she was in the film.

She was looking at a screenshot from a previous post. According to rumors, Lomax was seen on camera nursing in public, and her detractors wished she had covered her body.

The screenshot was shared by a group member on a breastfeeding support site, which is where Lomax discovered it.

Attached to the photo, she wrote, “Just pulled up my Facebook and was greeted with this, and I just cannot understand how another female can say this and take VIDEO of this momma feeding her baby and post it to the internet.”

Lomax had a similar experience, although she knew it was really her breastfeeding her child in the video. As she put it, “I was like, ‘That’s me!’”

The new mom had no clue she was being videotaped in the background while she breastfed her infant.

The original poster of the video claimed they had no intention of making public breastfeeding mothers feel embarrassed. This person posted, “I’m shaming the woman who breastfeeds in public with no respect to cover themselves up.”

She stated that she did not want to expose her son to the sight of topless women at the beach or have to explain to him why the woman was acting in such a manner.

Lomax was filmed while breastfeeding her child on a beach blanket. She had no clue that her conversation was being taped covertly.

Lomax, however, did not take the woman who shot the film of her without her permission lying down and chose to retaliate to her.

She had spent the day at the beach with her fiance, baby, and parents when things took a turn for the worse due of someone’s disagreement with her choices.

Lomax posted her own video in response. She said, “Not only did this woman walk past me multiple times with her son, you had every opportunity in the world to say something to me.”

She added that while she would not have stopped breastfeeding her child at the beach, the woman who secretly filmed her should have at least tried to talk to her before filming her.

She continued by saying the mother shouldn’t have made her four-year-old son’s breastfeeding experience feel sexual.

Lomax speculated that the woman may have “her own set of issues” because to her reaction.

For example, “If you have the time to take a video of me and make this joke of a Facebook post, you have the time to educate your son about the fact that babies are fed this way,” the incensed young mother commented.

The woman’s actions to ‘teach a lesson’ to a young mother who was breastfeeding shocked onlookers.

Someone asked in the comments, “Who does this lady think needs protection? Kids? You just tell your kid, ‘That lady is feeding her baby.’ Then the kid asks some questions, and you answer and move on. You know, like parenting.” Kids? A simple, “That lady is feeding her baby,” is all you need to tell your child. After that, you respond to the kid’s questions and continue the conversation.

Someone else responded by pointing out that the baby’s head obscured any potential nudity.
